Since the crisis in the Middle East, Tucson real estate has been horrendously fickle. Reported numbers for real estate have been all over the board and due to their irregularity cannot be viewed as entirely dependable or believable. However, since I love a challenge, I’m going to try to give an accurate picture of Tucson Property management and pass it along to you.

For the Renters

Renting a house in Tucson is apparently as easy as renting an apartment where I live. Here, apartment rentals are a dime a dozen and houses to rent quite a bit harder to find. A list of Home Rentals as of some right now, was very impressive. I saw rentals, with required deposit additional, starting as low as $650 a month for two bedrooms and either one or two bathrooms; the highest rent I saw in the report I was checking was $1250 a month for three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Now that’s a lot of house for $1250 a month. In fact when I looked up Tucson living, I got more house rentals and apartments!

Are Home Sales any Better in Tucson Than they are Everywhere Else?

The good news in Tucson is that mobile home sales are down. At least that’s good news in my mind.(no offense) That aside, if you’re a golfer and money is no object, there are some amazing gated golf homes in Tucson in the incredibly reasonable price range of $200,000 up to $800,000. The $200,000 price I actually do consider reasonable. Seriously though, condos with two bedrooms and two baths were starting at $40,000 and crept to $155,000 for a larger square footage two bedroom two baths.

In order to wrap this up, I feel it only fair to tell anyone considering a move to Tucson for the hot weather that on February 3 this year there was a frozen pipe warning. Temperatures got so cold in the evening that residential pipes were freezing. Enjoy Tucson.

Are we being attacked by the government? Was a dirty bomb dropped and no one told us?

No, it’s Just an SDGE Technician

With a breathing apparatus and protective clothing an SDGE tech jack hammered his way through concrete in order to access in broken natural gas line. Apparently some construction crews working a trench in Linda Vista got a little careless. At approximately 1:30 PM on Wednesday, February 23rd it was decided by the San Diego Fire and Rescue Department that four businesses in the immediate area would be evacuated due to the odor of gas in the air. Fortunately, a steady breeze helped the dissipation of the natural gas. The police were called in to assist in blocking traffic between Eastman Street and Morely while repairs were made.

Hello? Ever Heard of Diggers Hotline?

The private construction crew responsible for the break in the 2 inch natural gas line was laying water lines underneath Ulrich Street. When the accident occurred the contractor notified the San Diego Gas and Electric Company, who responded rapidly and appropriately. They worked quickly to cap the line so that repairs to it could begin. We frequently think of SDGE as the guys that take our money for Gas and Electric Services, or come and read our meters. But witnesses were able to see firsthand the other side of the job. The dangerous side. The protective clothing is there for a reason. These people take their lives in their hands every time they are called upon to repair a gas line or a live, downed electrical wire.
It’s a pain, sometimes, when we see the kind of money that leaves our bank accounts just to pay for the utilities we need to run our homes and businesses. Next time you write that check, think about the guy in the space suit risking his life for a weekly salary.

Herbal vaporizers have been around for years have given relief and comfort to many. What makes an herbal vaporizer effective and helpful is that it does not create any smoke and are especially helpful for smokers who want to stop smoking but at the same time, enjoy the aroma of the vapors.

Helpful for Smokers and Those with Chest Congestion

Herbal vaporizers are used by many to inhale various kinds of herbs. These herbs can be inhaled because they are heated at a temperature that is below combustion and by heating the herbs at such a temperature, only the flavor of the herb remains—a flavor that can be inhaled and enjoyed. Also, there are no side effects that come from using herbal vaporizers. The herbal vaporizer is especially helpful to the smoker who wants to quit because not only is it a great substitute for smoking but it also allows the smoker to enjoy natural ingredients—ingredients that are found in herbs and plants. Because vaporizers give benefits that go directly into the bloodstream and has little tar and no carcinogens, there is a healthy bonus to the bloodstream and to the lungs.

Cleansing the Lungs: Another Advantage

In addition, there are other benefits that come from using an herbal vaporizer such as cleansing the lungs, relief from extensive coughing, breaking up congestion, helping smokers to quit, relaxing benefits, relief from depression, stimulant uses and relief from asthma. Also, herbal vaporizers can help save your lungs from damage give you almost 100% pure, active ingredients from the vapors and a more relaxed feeling. Portable vaporizers are also quite popular and most are affordable. In addition, portable vaporizers give you the flexibility of taking them from room to room with ease.

One of the smartest investments that any property owner can make in their property is buying new Double Glazed windows. Double Glazing is a glazing process where two panes of glass with a space between them are used to create a window instead of one pane of glass like in traditional windows. The space between the panes of glass acts as a barrier that keeps out any air from the outside.

Benefits

Every property owner is only concerned about the savings and value that’s added to their property when they make new investments in it. With Double Glazing you can expect a variety of benefits including a 10-12% savings per month off your energy bill because your new Double Glazed windows will make it easier to heat your home during the winter and keep it cool during the summer compared to what it’s costing you right now.

Most property owners don’t know that they are losing about 60% of the heat that they are using to keep their home or office warm during the winter thanks to their old single pane windows. When you choose Double Glazed windows you can end the frustration that comes with paying high heating bills every winter and spend that money somewhere else.

Double Glazing will also help you to lower your home owners insurance costs as well because Double Glazed windows are harder for intruders to break into plus your new windows will also help increase your property value which is great in case you want to sell it in the future.

Environment

With Double Glazing you’re also doing your part to save the environment too because our homes cause at least 28% of the carbon dioxide emissions that are released into the environment and when you buy new Double Glazed windows you can do your part to cut back on that trend and save the planet.

Everyone doesn’t like paying car insurance but it’s a ‘necessary evil’ these days especially as more states are requiring drivers to have coverage for their vehicles. How much coverage depends on the level of protection that you want just in case you get into an accident. According to a recent study, done by Consumer Reports, they recommended that you should have at least $100,000 in bodily injury or liability per person, $300,000 per accident and $100,000 for property damage. Even if you had to pay an extra $10.00 per month for this coverage it’s worth it right? Would you rather have to pay tens of thousands of dollars after an accident or an extra $120.00 per year? You decide.

Many Types Of Insurance Coverage

Any car insurance plan that you pick has the ability for you to add coverage to it like roadside assistance, rental reimbursement etc plus you also have the option of paying your choice of deductible in case of accident. Car insurance companies want you to pay a bigger deductible because this sometimes means they will have pay less after an accident. This plan can also work well for you because when you choose a high deductible you will pay less every month for your premium.

Become A Detective

Depending on the level of car insurance that you need you can still find cheap car insurance by doing a little investigating of your own by filling out insurance quotes online, calling car insurance companies and getting quotes over the phone, asking for discounts for being a good driver, student or driving your car less miles than the year before. Last of all you can save money on car insurance by asking your insurer if they bundle different car insurance plans together. This is one of the best ways to save money and something that you have to ask them about it if you want those discounts.

Even though many people will tell college students that it’s almost impossible for them to get car loans that’s not exactly true and if you’re a college student you can educate yourself with the tips in this article before applying for a car loan.

The Benefits Of Being A College Student

Most college students don’t have much credit history when they are just starting college but the benefit here is that you probably don’t have bad credit history either. This can work to your benefit because many lenders will jump at the chance to become your first loan provider. If you’re going for your first car loan make sure that you get the necessary paperwork ready in advance like: proof of income, proof of residency and proof of enrollment in your college. You might also want to ask your parents or a trusted relative to be a co-signer on your car loan because if you have no credit it typically helps to have a co-signer to get loans approved when a person has no credit.

Be On Guard When Searching For A Car Loan

If you start finding a lot of offers from dealers, banks and credit unions that are willing to lend to college students don’t be fooled by the lure of easy money. Many lenders will want to charge you a high interest rate if you have little or no credit so it’s best to figure out your budget and what you can afford to pay for a car payment before you even think about signing a car loan. If you’re struggling with establishing a budget for yourself help may be available at your college or online.

Payday loans are a temporary solution to a temporary problem and although the financial community looks down on them more and more Payday Loan locations are popping up world wide because these financial institutions are putting money into the hands of people who need it now. You can also get a Payday Loan Online by choosing from one of the thousands of Payday Loan companies that offer their services online.

Responsibility

Even though Payday Loans offer an easy solution to a temporary problem that you may be having don’t be fooled into thinking that you can pay the loan off in a couple of months because the longer that you drag out the term of the loan the more money you will lose due to the high interest rates that Payday loans have. The interest rate that you’re agreeing to when you sign the Payday Loan contract is designed to encourage people to pay the loan off quickly but a lot of people sadly keep dragging out the term of the loan and end up paying more money in interest than what they originally signed up to advance.

Research Before Signing Up

Before you sign up for a Payday Loan Online or locally you should do your due diligence first and research the Payday Loan company that you’re signing up with to make sure that they are legitimate and compliant with the Better Business Bureau because more and more people are getting taken advantage of by bogus Payday Loan companies and you don’t want that to happen to you just because you’re in need of quick cash to cover bills or unwanted expenses.

Taking a vacation with little kids is not always the easiest thing. Just the planning alone can take weeks. And by the time you are done packing all the clothes, essential toys, diapers, sippy cups, snacks, and extra “just in case” clothes, it will seem like your getting ready to move instead just going on a simple trip. An RV vacation is ideal in that it lets you organize all that gear and double and triple check that you have everything without having to unpack suitcases. Plus, an RV provides plenty of extra space for storing all the essentials.

Pack Like A Pro

Although RVs provide ample storage room, organization is still key. The more stuff you take, the more you have to keep track of and clean up every evening.
•	Take only the essentials (which is still probably a lot) and assign a spot for everything.
•	Consider using sturdy plastic totes instead of suitcases so that it’s easier to take things out and put them away.
•	Designate a spot just for laundry so that the clean stuff stays clean.

Pack Like A Mom

All of your best laid packing plans will be for naught if you end up spending the trip with unhappy kids. Keep their comfort in mind and remember to pack some things just for them.
•	Favorite pillows, blankets and stuffed animals make an all-important good nights sleep easier.
•	A few small toys (outdoor and indoor) and games will help keep them entertained between activities.
•	Special snacks go a long way toward making a trip a treasured event.
•	Sunscreen and sun protection gear is critical. Nothing can ruin a trip faster than a miserable, sun-burned child.

Insuring a successful RV camping trip is not difficult but, it does require a little extra work before hitting the road. Spend some extra time making sure you are remembering all the essentials, organizing properly and keeping the kids’ comfort in mind.

One way to break out of the daily grind is to go out for dinner. But if you are like me you love the experience of dining out but you don’t like the expense. There is a way to cut down on the cost of dining out. One of the best ways to cut the cost on entertainment is to use a coupon to pay for a portion or even your whole meal. Restaurant coupons are some of the best deals on the internet. Often times if you visit your favorite restaurant’s website you will see a link to print out a coupon. There are coupons for a percentage off of your entire tab, coupons for a free item, such as desert and even buy one get one free dining coupons. Although you can’t normally stack for multiple discounts like you can on grocery store or online deals, you can still save some money on dining out.

A Variety to Choose From

Online coupon sites are in business to bring consumers a host of great deals from all over the internet. They always have a bunch of different restaurant coupon offers listed so it makes it easier to find coupons for the restaurants you like.

What you Need

All you need to be able to take advantage of online coupons is to have access to the internet an email address and a printer. Once you print out your coupon and are ready to use it, it is a good practice to present it to your server or hostess to make sure it is valid before you order your meal. This is just a precaution to make sure you don’t get stuck with a bill because of an issue with your coupon. Using a coupon to pay for dining out is a great way to save money while still being able to treat yourself to a night out every once in awhile.

First pick up the coupons. Here you can find a Best Buy coupon.

Now complete your purchase online and select in-store pickup.

That’s it! The savings you would normally only get online, but you still get to use (play?) with your new stuff today.
